Reentered buy/sell transactions & Cash Account entry

Hi Mark,

I just had to cancel and redo some individual stock transactions that had been input incorrectly. I noticed that the cancelled entry did not delete the corresponding debit/credit entry that had been made originally to my nominated Cash Account.

Thus when I reinput the stock buy/sell transactions I ended up with duplicates in the Cash Account and of course an incorrect balance and transaction trail.
