Fund Manager Loads Slowly After Installing XP SP1

I just installed Windows XP SP1 and now it takes about 40 seconds for Fund Manager to load and execute. None of my other applications are doing that. When FM starts to run, the basic screen displays with the menu bar showing only File Help. After about 10 seconds, the screen turns white, the menu bar disappears and only the title bar remains. After another 30 seconds, the portfolio loads and all is normal. Seems like the delay is in the loading of the portfolio and associated investments. But, that didn't happen before loading SP1. I was running FM 5.3 so I upgraded to 6.0. Got same results with both versions.

Would appreciate any advice or recommendations.
