Running PFROI on Windows XP

I run PFROI investment tracking software version 6.7 on my Windows 95 machine. PFROI is a DOS program.

I have loaded it onto my Windows XP machine, but cannot make it run.

I get this error: Runtime error 200 at 0DD2:0091

I have tried starting from the command prompt and from Safe Mode command prompt (F8) at startup with the same result.

If I boot from a floppy to the DOS prompt, I cannot access any drive beside A:

Is there a workaround?

Is there a program which will import my extensive data files?

I prefer not to buy the expensive Captools software by the same company.
