Hi Alvis,

Thanks, I finally was able to reproduce the problem. It would only
occur if the "Use Windows Setting" was turned off for the proxy server.
This option was not in 5.x, so it was always off in that version.

I've updated/released version 337 of the retrieve module. Please use
"Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." to get the new
retrieve module, and this should correct the problem.
