401k tracking

I want to begin tracking my 401k, checking and savings accounts to give a complete financial picture.
I only want to record my quarterly position in an overall view. For example, my contribution, company contribution, fund performance. I am not sure how to do this.
The same with cash,,, end of month statement, showning interest earned. I believe the cash is in the tips/tricks but I can't find anything on the 401K.
