Hi Alan,

I went to fix this problem this morning, and it is now working properly
again. I didn't need to change anything. Unfortunately, I wasn't able
to capture the details of what was previously going wrong. Hopefully it
will stay working. If you run into any more troubles please let me know.
BTW, I did my testing with the latest retrieve module currently available (341).
