: : : Mark,

: : : I have created 4 Sub-Portfolio's and when I create a report with subtotal portfolios and preform a investment sort-by all seems to work within the Sub-Portfolio except %Gain and Yield.

: : : Thanks

: : Hi Gary,

: : What report type are you looking at, and what are you "listing by"? For
: : example, is it a "Portfolio Performance" report, listing by "Investment"?

: : The investment sorting only sorts investments in the stack, it doesn't sort
: : sub-portfolios. Is that what you were expecting? Sub-portfolios are always
: : listed alphabetically.

: : Thanks,
: : Mark

: Hi Gary,

: I should mention a way you can sort sub-portfolios. If you use the Portfolio
: Editor window, you can add fields to the "List" view on the right. Just
: choose "View / List Columns...". You can then sort the list by any displayed
: column by clicking on the column header. It will sort both sub-portfolios
: and investments, keeping sub-portfolios always on the top of the list, before
: the investments.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Mark - thanks, when I sort the stack prior to reporting by Sub-Portfolio all seems OK!
