: Hi Mark;
: I use a CD_RW disk and my CD software supports drag and drop. I have never had anything refuse to write to CD before. Before FM Beta 1,2,3 when I closed FM the auto back up pop up would prompt me to OK back up of one or all. Now with FM Beta3 as with 1 & 2 when I close FM it closes immediately. On my C drive programs FM auto back up folder has dat files in it whether they are FM 7 files or left from FM6, I haven't a clue. I reformatted my CD and after closing FM several time the CD is blank. I have be backing up to CD for probably a year before FM 7.
: Think I solved the problem I think , in the Data tab of preferences I was only clicking OK, I just now clicked apply and it started working.

Hi Lawrence,

Glad you got it fixed. Hitting the OK button should be sufficient? Were
the changes not being remembered if you went back in after only hitting the
OK button? The OK button also applies any changes. I tried to see if I
could find a bug here, but it appeared to be working properly when I tested it.

Also, I just wanted to mention, whenever you post you always seem to
double post (The same message shows up twice on the message board.). I
have removed the duplicates. Are you double clicking on the "Submit" button?
You only need to click once on that button, and you might need to wait a
couple of seconds for the results to show up.

Thanks,
Mark
