: : I don't particular care for IB transacational retrieval process, but that is where the majority of the money resides. From their web page, with your Quicken account open, you download a file that is read directly into Quicken. I don't believe that a .QIF file is written. It also has support to export a Word or Excel file.

: This sounds like you are downloading and then "opening" either a .OFX or .QFX
: file. Quicken is "associated" to open these files. If instead of opening it
: you save it to a file, you can then import it into Fund Manager.

: Thanks,
: Mark

According to Interactive Broker's support, they support QFX. However, it doesn't appear that the file is saved to disk. If Quicken is not opened already - it will launch Quicken and read the file directly.
