This is what happens when you "open" a file that is associated with a certain
program.

What if instead of left clicking on the link which will "open" it, you
right mouse click on it, and say "Save Target As..."? Can you save it to
a file then? Does it save as a .OFX file? You might need to experiment a
little to figure out how to "save" the file rather than "open" it.
