Report Portfolio Report - removing non traded symbols

Mark,
I have two of sub portfolios with up to 190 shares per sub-portfolio.

I create a Porfolio performance report for the last 7 months to look at the 6 shares that are still open.

The Report lists all 190 shares ( 190 x 2 , when I report on the Master portfolio). The other shares have zeros and n.a.

It means scrolling the screen many times just to try and see the half dozen shares that are of interest to me (open)
I need to be able to switch off the reported shares not traded in the report date range used.

Can I do this ?
