Hi rkv,

The error message looks like it may be missing a digit? Was it 11001?
Has anything changed on your computer since you last did a retrieve? Can you
check your settings under "Options / Internet Settings..." to make sure
everything is okay? Are you using a proxy server? Can you access the
internet okay from other applications, like your web browser?
