: : : When I try and download transactions from TD Waterhouse I am Getting an "Invalid Signon" message. I know my ID and password are ok because Quicken downloads the transactions just fine. I have tried it with my regular portfolios and created sub portfolios and I still get the same message.

: : Hi Mike,

: : Can you double check you've entered your passwords correctly. I do know that
: : TD Waterhouse is one of the brokers that provides a different userid/password
: : for the transaction download as compared to what is needed to log onto their
: : web site. TD Waterhouse requires you to sign up for their "Direct Download",
: : which makes your data available on their OFX server. It sounds like you've
: : already done this though, if you're downloading transactions into Quicken. Have
: : you verified that Quicken can also still download your transactions?

: : Thanks,

: Yes Quicken still works. Has anybody else had problems with TD Waterhouse? A friend of mine is having the same problem with TD Waterhouse

Hi Mike,

My personal account happens to be with TD Waterhouse, and I just retrieved
my own account's transactions. It worked properly. I've also talked
by email to one other person who was retrieving from TD Waterhouse okay.

I'm not sure of the problem, but one guess may be that Quicken has changed
your password? What if you re-type your userid/password into Quicken?
Does it still work? That way, you can verify what you're typing into
Fund Manager is the same as what you're using in Quicken. If not, you
might want to call up Waterhouse and have them verify/reset your username/password.

Thanks,
Mark
