: : When I try and download transactions from TD Waterhouse I am Getting an "Invalid Signon" message. I know my ID and password are ok because Quicken downloads the transactions just fine. I have tried it with my regular portfolios and created sub portfolios and I still get the same message.

: Hi Mike,

: Can you double check you've entered your passwords correctly. I do know that
: TD Waterhouse is one of the brokers that provides a different userid/password
: for the transaction download as compared to what is needed to log onto their
: web site. TD Waterhouse requires you to sign up for their "Direct Download",
: which makes your data available on their OFX server. It sounds like you've
: already done this though, if you're downloading transactions into Quicken. Have
: you verified that Quicken can also still download your transactions?

: Thanks,
: Mark

Yes Quicken still works. Has anybody else had problems with TD Waterhouse? A friend of mine is having the same problem with TD Waterhouse
