: When I try and download transactions from TD Waterhouse I am Getting an "Invalid Signon" message. I know my ID and password are ok because Quicken downloads the transactions just fine. I have tried it with my regular portfolios and created sub portfolios and I still get the same message.

Hi Mike,

Can you double check you've entered your passwords correctly. I do know that
TD Waterhouse is one of the brokers that provides a different userid/password
for the transaction download as compared to what is needed to log onto their
web site. TD Waterhouse requires you to sign up for their "Direct Download",
which makes your data available on their OFX server. It sounds like you've
already done this though, if you're downloading transactions into Quicken. Have
you verified that Quicken can also still download your transactions?

Thanks,
Mark
