Schwab transactions?

I notice that when I update transactions from Schwab some of the my recent transactions show up but others do not.

Buy/sell and dividends seem to show up ok but Monthly transers from my checking account do not.

Is this a limitation of Fund Manager or of the way Schwab's transaction protocol is set up?
