: Hello Mark!

: I'm having a challenge trying to open Fidelity import files. I've got them downloaded to my "Fidelity" folder in FM but I'm unable to open it. The message I get is: "Failed to open (file path) for reading." Because we're using this on a server, it took me a while to get the folder into FM. But now that it's there I'm unable to open it. Any suggestions?

: Thanks - Gerry

Hi Gerry,

I don't have any good ideas besides making sure that you've specified the
full path/filename of the file(s) you want to import. Are you importing
a specific file, or all the .TRN files in a folder? Either way, if you use
the "Browse" button that will help make sure there are no typos in the path
and/or filename. The files need to end in *.trn in order for Fund Manager to
open them. If none of this helps, and you would like, you can zip up
the folder and send it to me. I can just make sure that I can import them
okay.

Thanks,
Mark
