Hi Steve,

Are you getting any error messages or anything? Or, does the transaction
preview window just show up without them? Here are some ideas of things to check:

1) Make sure the sub-portfolios are actually being retrieved. Are you doing
them individually, or retrieving a higher level sub-portfolio and including
all the ones below it for retrieve? Notice the option "Also Retrieve All
Sub-Portfolios" on the transaction retrieve dialog.

2) Check the date range you're retrieving to make sure it includes the date
of your transactions.

3) If these transactions are in new investments you'll want to check the
"Create New Investments As Needed" option.
