: Hi Mark, : I have found today a very strange thing related to my downloading the historical data from SET with Yahoo!Historical or Yahoo!Adjusted Historical. In fact on another deskstop that I am using at home, my FM Professional version is 6.7.339. I did not update it to the latest one, i.e. version 6.7.344 : On that older version, in fact I can update the historical data from SET either with Yahoo!Historical or Yahoo!Adjusted Historical without any problem. I have tested with different SET stock names and the same problem occurs : Why is that? Anything that you could do? : Thanks : TH Hi TH,
If you use your browser and go to Yahoo, can you get historical prices for these symbols? I can understand how this may have happened in the Yahoo (Historical) case, but I'm not sure about the Yahoo (Adjusted Historical). In older retrieve modules we used an older URL path that is no longer available on Yahoo if you're just using your browser. It seemed to still work, but at some point we switched it over to use the same one you'd get if you accessed the quotes using your browser.
