Problems retrieving some transactions from Schwab

Hello,

I am new to Fund Manager and still trying to understand the basics. I set up automatic transaction retrieval from Schwab but notice that some of the transactions were not fetched by FM:

1. A Sell transaction from the previous day (the only Sell transaction in that account, already reflected on Schwab balances online).

2. A bunch of commission/interest/fee transactions. Not retrieving them resulted in inaccurate cash balance in FM.

The only transactions that were fetched OK are Buy ones (including from the past).

Any idea what the problem is ?

How can I force retrieval of all transactions, including interest, fees, ,Sell, deposits, etc.
