: Thanks for the error report. When the error message is sent to Microsoft, can you dig down, and look at the 'technical details'? Somewhere it should give an address and error code. If you could send that to me, it would help me figure out where the problem is occuring.

: FM 6 did not have this transaction retrieve feature, so going back to 6 won't resolve this issue.

Mark- Scottrade seems to have fixed their problem. The Error codes were 12029&12002 (unable to connect & timeout). They were changing their logon sites and I guess that was what was causing the problem. REALLY ENJOY YOUR PROGRAM! It really makes portfolio data entry a breeze. Thanks for your kind assistance and prompt response. I will be a customer for life!
