Transferred 17 mutual funds from Scottrade to Fidelity. Shares have been zeroed out in Scottrade,but do not show up in the Fidelity account because there was no name associated with the 'buy' when it came across to Fidelity. I ended up with a blank investment name in F with the total value of the 'buys, ie, Scottrade sells 456 shares of MF ABC for $n and Fidelity buys " " for $n, instead of 456 shares of ABC for $n. How can this be corrected?
