Thank you for the complete check list.

1) Are all transactions recorded at $1 share price? They should be.
2) Any distributions recorded? This will create a gain (or loss if the
distribution is negative, like from an account fee).
3) Are all share prices fixed at $1? They should be.

This really helped, now I understand what i missed.

I was confused because there was a mix of different issues.
1) I checked the share prices, but on the investment where it should have mattered, I did not check the transactions prices, this is where the problem was.

2) On the cash investments where I checked all the prices, there where some interest debit from the broker (distribution) that affected the gain.

Now everything is fine
