If you only have 1 investment in a sub-portfolio, the yields for the sub-portfolio should indeed be the same as for the individual investment. Is it possible you have some other hidden investments in this sub-portfolio? Use "View / Hidden Investments" and the Portfolio Editor to take a look. Hidden investments will contribute to the portfolio yields. If this is not the problem, would you mind e-mailing me a sample portfolio file and investments so I can reproduce the problem here?
