I can logon to it through the internet. Money can log on, but FM just stops responding. I do not get a 'time-out' message, it just stops responding and must be shut down through the Windows Task Manager. : : : Thought maybe it was a TRP problem and would correct..... but that is not happening.
It turns out this server changed, so we needed to update the transaction retrieve module. Please use "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." to download version 112 of the retrieve module. After this, the T. Rowe Price transaction retrieve problem should be fixed.
