Retrieving transactions

I just downloaded and install the latest version of FM Personal (unregistered) (running under Win2K SP4).

1. When I try to retrieve transactions from Scottrade, the Retrieving box is displayed, but nothing else happens for several minutes, so I press Cancel and then an error box pops up with "fm.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows....." and FM is then closed.

2. When I try to retrieve transactions from Fidelity, only one fund of five is displayed (the only one with transactions in the last 30 days). Other funds which should be shown, but aren't, do have some info in ofxretr.txt and xmldump.txt. I have "all dates" and all "import options" checked.
