Resetting Portfolios

Hi Mark,
I've been going around and around with this and trying to figure this out.
Here is the problem:

I started off with a top-level portfolio and created several sub-portfolios.
I've organized and deleted some of the sub-portfolios. When I go into a report and memorize it, the next time I want to view it, it doesnt appear. I then have to go into reports setting and change the portfolio setting to the correct sub-portfolio that I want to view. If I memorize it, it doesnt save again and I have to go through the same thing again. It seems to be linking to the deleted sub-portfolios. If I go into the portfolio drop down, I can see the deleted sub-portfolio names.

Also, if I go into my top-level portfolio properties, under statistics it shows 14 sub-portfolios when I should only have 10 sub-portfolios.

How can I reset the portfolios?
