: Hi Mark, : I started off with a top-level portfolio and created several sub-portfolios. : Also, if I go into my top-level portfolio properties, under statistics it shows 14 sub-portfolios when I should only have 10 sub-portfolios. : How can I reset the portfolios?
When you memorize your report, do you see the memorized name show up in the "Reports" menu? Notice that when you memorize a report, you can either create a new memorized report, or by using the "Save As" option, you can select to overwrite a currently memorized report. It sounds like your portfolios may not really be deleted if they are showing up in the portfolio drop down and counted in your statistics. Maybe these portfolios are nested down in the portfolio hierarchy? If you use "View / Portfolio Editor", you can see all your portfolios on the left hand side. If there is a plus sign next to one, that means there is another portfolio beneath that one. You can click on the plus sign to open it up, and see the ones beneath it. Thanks,
