Hi Bill,

Do you see a number displayed here? The acceptable values are 0 through 6, so if you're at 6, the up arrow will stop doing anything, and if you're at 0, the down arrow won't decrease it any more. If this isn't it, maybe you could send me a screen shot? I just tested it here, and it appears to be working okay.
