problem with Internet price update

On one of my portfolios, when I click to update the portfolio, I get a small box that opens and says Initializing then the box disappears and the stock prices are not upadated.

On my other portfolios this does not occur and the update occurs normally. I am using FM 5.3.320 with the laterst verions of the update module.

This problem just recently (within the last two monbths) appeared.

What do I do to return to normal in this portfolio.
