Hello,

I can't tell what the problem is, but here are some things to check:

1) Check that your settings are as desired under "Options/Internet Settings..."
2) Check that you have your symbols recorded properly and are
available on the quote server that you're using.
3) Check that your investments are enabled for retrieving (Investment
Properties.../Other)

If none of this resolves the problem please let us know an example symbol
and what quote server you're using.
