European Date Format

Hi Mark,

Despite selecting the dd/mm/yy option in the Options/Preferences ..., most dates are still displayed in mm/dd/yy format.(e.g. in the graph displays, price update dialogs etc.

It's probably not a simple fix, but I'd be grateful if you could look into it for the next update.
