Gold & Oil Prices

Does anyone keep track of gold and/or oil prices with FM? I'm interested in getting historical prices for these commodities and then updating them as I do indices, 30 yr US T-bond yields, etc. Any suggestions as to where I could get this information on an historical and ongoing basis? What would the symbols be?
