Q about Capital Gains Report (AVG)

Hello,
Recently, I sold several mutual funds positions. Since I "dollar
cost averaged" into these funds, the shares I sold fall into the long
(>12 month) and short (<12 month) term categories for tax purposes.
The FM Capital Gain Report (AVG method) does not appear to be calculating
my gains correctly. For those shares held less than a year, the report
frequently (but not in every case) lists a bought date of "NA", a sell
value of $0.00, and cost bases and Gain/Losses of 0.00. The report is
correctly indicating that the shares fall in the short term category.
There are no problems with the calculations associated with the
long-term shares. Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix the
problem?

Thanks,
Sam C.
