Mutual Fund Commissions - Bug?

I have recently purchased a UK Mutual Fund where I have paid a commission in lieu of a an increase in up-front unit cost. Fund Manager does not seem to support this directly so I used the account fee option instead to record the commission paid.

When I analyse my cash account, the account fee seemed to be recorded as a deposit. Otherwise the price information for the cash account was fine.

To overcome this, I adjusted the account fee for the Mutual Fund to make it negative to see if this would correct the anomaly. Unfortunately, this messed up the price history for the cash account.

Have I done something wrong, or is this a 'undocumented feature' :-)
