Hi Ken,
We've looked into this problem before. It appears that this version of OE
comes set up as your default e-mail client, but not set up to handle MAPI.
The problem is that once this version of OE thinks it is the default mail
program, you can't turn it off/on, as the "Make Default" button is grayed out.

The best solution we've come up with is to temporarily make another e-mail program your default e-mail program, and then you can go back into OE and
make it your default mail program again. OE will then set itself up properly to
handle MAPI. An example of another e-mail program you might want to use
for this purpose is Netscape. Sorry we don't have a better solution now...
Maybe someone else knows something about this we don't know?
