Downloading Problems?

Hello,
A colleague of mine tried to download Fund Manager this morning
(I gave him a glowing review, BTW), but after trying several times
(on his computer, my computer, on the hard drive, on zip drives, etc.),
the file is nowhere to be found after what were seemingly successful downloads.
Are we doing something wrong or is there an underlying problem? Thanks,
