First of all, thanks for the recommendation. We had heard of this
problem a while ago with one other person, but never figured out the
root cause. This doesn't seem to be a widespread problem, and it downloads
okay when we test it. If you want, I can e-mail the program to you, or your
colleague. Please let us know where you would like us to e-mail the program
