Password protection

I assigned a password to all my investments following the directions provided in the Help folder (checked "enable", "apply to all investments" and entered password 2 times). I believe I followed the directions correctly and entered a password I frequently use. I exhausted possible missed key strokes combinations to no avail.

I need a way to access my investments and to disable the password. Thanks
