: I assigned a password to all my investments following the directions provided in the Help folder (checked "enable", "apply to all investments" and entered password 2 times). I believe I followed the directions correctly and entered a password I frequently use. I exhausted possible missed key strokes combinations to no avail.

: I need a way to access my investments and to disable the password. Thanks

Hi RLL,
The only way to get back into your investments is by entering the
proper password. This is of course the purpose of the password protection.
One common problem that may be worth checking is to make sure you don't
have the caps lock key on, or maybe you had it on when you entered the
passwords originally?
If you absolutely can't get into your investments, you can send them
to us, and we will unlock them for you. We do charge for this service:

*** Investment File Password Unlocking Rates ***

$1/investment file
$10 minimum
$20 maximum

A valid registration serial number is required.
See "Help/About" for your serial number.
