Hi Leon,
When you download and install the new Fund Manager, it will take
care of setting everything up. You do not need to worry about the old
version interfering. If you wish you can uninstall the old version first,
or you can just install the new version over the old, or you can even
install the new version to a different directory, any method is fine.
