Mark,

I just downloaded and installed v4.6 over v4.5. When I start the program, the
title and menu bars do a considerable amount of "jittering" when the main screen
opens. It's as if there were several screens opening and closing in rapid
succession. Is this a new "bug"? Should I uninstall and reinstall 4.6 without
4.5 underneath?
