Hi Noel,

This sounds like the re-creation of saved reports.

Starting with Fund Manger 4.0 portfolios can now remember which
reports to create when opening a portfolio. You can turn this
feature on/off under a reports menu by selecting "Options/Report
Preferences.../General" and turning on/off "Portfolios Store and
Recall Reports".

If you open your portfolio and then look under the "Windows" menu
command, you will see a list of your open report windows. You can
close them, and re-save your portfolio so they won't be opened
when you open your portfolio.
