Importing Quicken '99 transactions

I am trying to evaluate your demo software which I have downloaded. One key function of interest is how I would import transaction data from Quicken and how I would update transaction data on a monthly basis. Could you describe the process? I have a large number of holdings and don't want to spend all my time in data entry mode.
