: I registered my Fund Manager and then updated to Version 4.6.218 from my trial
: copy.

: After updating, the data of two of my investments, entered into my unregistered
: system, were not sorted by date when displayed by Edit/All Data/Prices.

: I tried to see if maybe if I deleted one improperly sorted price datum and
: reentered it, it would be placed in date order. I could edit any date which is out
: out of order but not delete it. When trying to delete it, the system would
: provide the following error indication: "You must have a closing price recorded
: on the date an investment(buy or sell). You may edit the price instead."

: I can print my Edit/All Data/Price data for the investment which is out of order
: and the printout is in perfect order.

: All my investments are in no-load Mutual funds.

: What can I do to get my prices ordered correctly?

Hi Pablo,
Starting with FM 4.0, the "Edit/All Data..." register can be sorted by
any column you select. The default is "Date", but you can switch the
column the entries are sorted by, by clicking on the header in the list
box. You will notice one of the column headers has a small triangle.
This is the column currently controlling the sort order. To move it
back to "Date", click on the "Date" column header. Clicking on the same
column header again switches between ascending/descending sort order.

Thanks,
Mark
