: : I registered my Fund Manager and then updated to Version 4.6.218 from my trial
: : copy.

: : After updating, the data of two of my investments, entered into my unregistered
: : system, were not sorted by date when displayed by Edit/All Data/Prices.

: : I tried to see if maybe if I deleted one improperly sorted price datum and
: : reentered it, it would be placed in date order. I could edit any date which is out
: : out of order but not delete it. When trying to delete it, the system would
: : provide the following error indication: "You must have a closing price recorded
: : on the date an investment(buy or sell). You may edit the price instead."

: : I can print my Edit/All Data/Price data for the investment which is out of order
: : and the printout is in perfect order.

: : All my investments are in no-load Mutual funds.

: : What can I do to get my prices ordered correctly?

: Hi Pablo,
: Starting with FM 4.0, the "Edit/All Data..." register can be sorted by
: any column you select. The default is "Date", but you can switch the
: column the entries are sorted by, by clicking on the header in the list
: box. You will notice one of the column headers has a small triangle.
: This is the column currently controlling the sort order. To move it
: back to "Date", click on the "Date" column header. Clicking on the same
: column header again switches between ascending/descending sort order.

: Thanks,
: Mark
