Automatic backup aborted message

I've created a larger issue in trying to fix a small issue. Now, when I close FM, I get the message: "Automatic backup aborted. Investments in the backup directory are currently open." How do I close the investments in the backup directory so that the automatic backup will occur when I close FM?
