cash account

When I imported my data from Quicken, I don't think I named a cash accounts because I had 5 different sub-portfolios. Rather I did it after the import and the sub-portfolios totals were off by the amount of the cash accounts.

If I reimported the data how can I tell fund manager that I have different cash accounts in each portfolio.

By the way, I am assuming that is what I have to do (reimport) to get the transactions to be accounted for.
