This won't give you a correct historical balance in your cash account though. To re-import, close your existing sub-portfolios, and then when you re-import you will be prompted for each new sub-portfolio created during the import. Here you can assign the cash account. Also, on the bottom of the final preview transactions, make sure to select the "Automatically Record Corresponding Entries In Default Cash Account". After you click "Finish" here is when you'll be prompted for what to do about a default cash account for each of the newly created accounts/sub-portfolios. Thanks,
