I am aware of that procedure but I have hundreds of entries o transfer. If I try to select a large number of entries by highlighting them at once, the "edit" box below grays out. If I right click on the highlighted entries, a small box with "edit" and "delete" comes up. If I left click on "edit" and select "dividen", only the first higlighted item transfers. Can you fix this to make it possible to select and edit a large number of entries?
